Friends and colleagues describe me as 'people centered and principle focused.' In addition to supporting individuals in becoming their best selves and living their best lives, my other passions include running and exercising, practicing Russian, singing classical music, spending quality time with my family, walking our dog through our neighborhood in Central Texas, and connecting with friends and colleagues from around the globe.

Supported by over sixty years of research and nearly 34 million assessments conducted worldwide, CliftonStrengths centers the coaching process on what you naturally excel at and empowers you to maximize those strengths—whether as a leader, manager, or individual contributor.
I support entrepreneurs and business leaders by providing coaching through Gallup’s Builder Profile 10 (BP10) assessment. This assessment measures 10 scientifically proven talents of successful business builders and identifies three essential roles for developing new ventures. Developed from a comprehensive study of successful entrepreneurs and validated through additional research and testing, the BP10 offers valuable insights specific to the role of a business builder, helping to accelerate growth through effective coaching.
